Please dump materials in designated areas!
This site is for COMPOST and yard/garden refuse only  (grass clippings, branches, etc.). 
All other materials can be disposed of in your own garbage bins or taken to the Porcupine & Area Transfer Station.

Grocery Store
recycles plastic bags. Please remember to bring your Reusuable Bags!
Service Center accepts auto batteries, oil products & containers. 

SCRAP METAL:
A company called “Ecklund Enterprises”, located at King’s Pit, across from the Transfer Station, is now collecting scrap metal.  For more information contact Morgan at 1-306-735-7318.
NEW TO YOU:
New to You accepts gently used clothing and household items, which are then sold during New to You sales every Tuesday 9a.m.-4p.m.  Money from the sale of these items are used to the benefit of the community groups that take turns managing the store (Lutheran Ladies Group, Porcupine Library, Air Cadets).  Your gently used clothing can be taken to the drop-off bin located beside Fields on McAllister Avenue.  Household items can be dropped off at Quilly’s Community Place by the New to You door any time.
