Be advised that the precautionary boil water advisory for the Town of Porcupine Plain has now been lifted.

Thank you to the crew with TSL and the Public Works staff for their efforts during the upgrades at the Water Treatment Plant.

Storage Space Available

The Town of Porcupine Plain has indoor storage space for rent for the months of September to April 2020. This storage space is located at Porcupine Place and is mainly for campers and boats.

Cost of storage is based on length (including hitch) at $10.00 per linear foot.

Preference is given to Town of Porcupine Plain residents on a first come first serve basis.

To reserve your space please contact the Town Office at 306-278-2262 beginning:

September 3, 2019 at 9:00 am

If you or someone you know misplaced a ring at the Sports Grounds, please call the Town Office at 306-278-2262.  Must be able to describe it in order to claim it.

Residents of Porcupine Plain & area are advised that the Porcupine Carragana Hospital will be temporarily closed:

Friday, August 2nd from 5 p.m. until 11 p.m. &

Monday, August 5th from noon until Tuesday, August 6th at 8 a.m.

The Sask Love Project will be gathering submissions throughout the summer of 2019 from people all around Saskatchewan who wish to be a part of the Project.  Each proper submission will be incorporated into the publication, with the contributors being credited as participating members.

To ensure quality, there will be a $5.00 submission fee per submission.

To encourage all communities in our great province, and as a token of gratitude to the people of rural Saskatchewan for participating in this exciting project, the community that enters the most proper submissions will not only be a part of The Sask Love Project, but they will be the focus of their very own book that will show the world how amazing their Small Town Sask is!

How to Submit:

• Online:  Send completed proper submissions, authorization form, and $5.00 submission fee per submission via e-transfer to thesaskloveproject@gmail.com
• Mail: Send completed proper submissions, authorization form, and cheque to 823 Dolan Street, Regina, SK  S4X 1T6.  Please make cheques payable to here we inspire. Creative Publishing.
• Submission and authorization forms can be picked up from the Town Office.

On Saturday, July 27th, Porcupine Plain will be hosting a Rider Block Party.  We would ask that the entire community show their Rider Pride!.  In the weeks leading up to the event, we would ask that everyone decorate their business storefronts and homes — even your vehicles!
