Byron — a long-time resident of Porcupine Plain, participant with the Porcupine Opportunities Program, our favourite parade drummer and familiar face at countless community events — is celebrating his 70th Birthday on Saturday, August 1st!Everyone is invited to stop by the Sunset Club between 11a.m. and 4p.m. for a come-and-go BBQ Lunch to help celebrate. In lieu of gifts, Byron has asked guests to bring a non-perishable food item to be donated to the Community Cupboard.
